Door2Door

Campaign field operations

See it. Own it. Close it.

Door2Door connects the canvassers at every polling unit with the people who lead them, from the ward to the control room, so the campaign knows where it stands and what to do next.

How it works

One picture, from the door to the dashboard

  1. At the door

    Canvassers work offline

The field app records consent, recruitment, meetings and follow-ups at the polling unit, keeps every entry safe on the phone, and sends it when the signal comes back. Nothing is counted until it has arrived.

  2. In the team

    Every area has an owner

The campaign is organised the way the country is: state, LGA, ward and polling unit. Each lead sees the people who report to them, the gaps in their area and the work that is waiting on them.

  3. In the control room

    Problems become cases

The command centre shows coverage against target, how fresh every number is and where activity has stopped. A signal becomes a case with an owner and a deadline, and stays open until it is closed.

Built to be trusted

Careful with people, honest with numbers

  • Voters stay private

Managers see their own team, never a list of voters. Records beneath them are masked, and opening one is a recorded request with a reason.

  • Sign-in is tied to the device

One-time codes, PINs and passkeys, bound to a registered phone or browser. A lost device can be switched off without touching anyone else.

  • Numbers say how old they are

Every figure carries its time and its basis. Partial coverage is never shown as complete, and an area that has stopped reporting is never shown as zero.
